The Elsworth Logging Camp is a 200 man camp located in the centre of 1,000,000m³ accessible timber per year. It is strategically located between Stewart, B.C. and Prince Rupert, B.C. (break bulk or container). Elsworth Camp is the only camp in the area with housing and fuel.

The mechanical debarker has the capacity to debark 1,000m3 daily. This portable debarking machine is the only one in Northwest British Columbia. The debarker procedure meets debarking Phytosanitary Requirements for raw log exports to China. The portable debarker has the flexibility to set up in any location. West Coastal Hemlock is sought after world wide for its strength, durability, good working properties & easy machining. The wood is stiff and straight of grain, and holds nails & screws firmly. Because of its smooth, resin-free surface, Hemlock is very receptive to a variety of paint and stain finishes. It is ideal for pressure treating and can also be pressure treated with both preservative and fire retardant. There is little difference in appearance between spring and summer wood so that the timber is quite uniform in colour with pleasing light tones. The regularity of the grain and the non-abrasive character of the wood makes it easy to machine. Because of its unique properties, Hemlock is used for doors, windows, staircases, flooring, moulding and panelling.
